This post has a shift pattern, shift work between hours of 07:00 hours to 23:00 hours , over 7 days per week including bank holidays on a 13 week rota.
DSSTS is a Promoting Independence / Reablement service, covering whole of Coventry. The service is delivered by Support Workers in citizens own homes. People who use DSSTS are usually discharged from hospital / hospital prevention and require a short term period of support to enable citizens regain their independent lifestyle.
DSSTS is currently looking for a Team Leader whose role is to carry out Initial Visit Assessments of newly referred citizens to manage their support from DSSTS to reable the citizen to regain their independence. Team Leaders will manage Support Workers within DSSTS to ensure that the standards of service delivery match the requirements set by CQC.
There is some office based work as well as working in the community.
