Responsible for running the Student Services Reception desk in a professional and student focused manner, you will act as first point of contact for all student enquiries ensuring that queries are dealt with appropriately. Your role will also include record keeping and general administrative tasks such as issuing identity cards and sorting student mail.
The successful candidate will be IT literate, possess excellent customer service skills and have reception desk experience. Experience of working within an educational institution and/or an environment providing welfare support would be beneficial.
