Job description

We are currently looking to recruit a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic and forward-looking team.

You should enjoy supporting clients and carers through change, be able to undertake assessments and develop care plans within set criteria and be able to see the potential in providing personal budgets. You will want to work in a team dedicated to the principles of person centred services. You will appreciate working in an autonomous fashion but like the prospect of working in an integrated health and social care team.

You will have a Social Work qualification recognised by the GSCC. Experience would be an advantage but enthusiasm and commitment to working with adults with learning disabilities is essential.
