We are seeking an individual to join our team in providing temporary accommodation for our homeless customers, for a temporary period to provide cover for maternity leave.
As one of three officers you will:
Secure temporary accommodation for homeless customers, interview customers in relation to their accommodation needs, issue contracts and select customers for nomination of temporary accommodation.
In put data, therefore you must be experienced in this work and associated Microsoft office systems. You will also be required to undertake a wide range of administrative duties, where attention to detail is essential.
You should be a good communicator and have experience of dealing with people in difficult situations
